Jobs and Careers
One of the great benefits of our work is that we create jobs. Many of these will lead to careers. We provide the training and coaching needed to be successful, and your success means the community can become more self-sufficient.
All the projects we do in each community will employ certified work crews. But we pay each of them to include residents as apprentices. These apprenticeships will give locals an opportunity, not only for short-term work, but also to learn the skills needed to start a career.
